Cara Aston

Birdies + Roots creator Cara is a Nashville native and mother to 3 little boys ages 2-10 and a bonus mom to a college student. She and her husband Reed have two dogs and homeschool their children. Together they enjoy the outdoors, travel and strive to live a balanced and simplified life – free from the clutter, excessive debt, distractions, and constant go-go-go that are so typical for city living.

The goal for Birdies + Roots is to share the journey of maintaining a minimal and healthy home with a larger family while eating a diet free of many common allergens.
